Sharon Dillard, President Originally from Texas, Sharon worked with high-end fashion companies for many years, gaining a savvy and intuitive marketing sense. In 1999, she took a patent and an idea and grew GET A GRIP into a national company leading the resurfacing industry. In 2010, New Mexico Business Weekly recognized Sharon as a Top CEO for her leadership. The company has also won multiple awards, including a Duke City Dozen Award for innovation and creativity from the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and recognition from New Mexico Business Weekly as A Best Place To Work. Get A Grip has been featured nationwide for its outstanding workmanship and products. In January 2009, the company debuted on Entrepreneur's 30th Annual Franchise 500 listing. When she’s not working, Sharon loves riding her horse and taking long trail rides in the mountains with friends. Ryan Dillard, Senior Vice President Ryan joined Get A Grip in 1999. He trains new franchisees and technicians in the state-of-the-art techniques and products that have made Get A Grip one of the most innovative resurfacing companies in the industry. Ryan is always researching and developing new products and techniques that keep Get A Grip on the cutting edge in the resurfacing industry. Austen Dillard, Vice President Austen joined the rest of the family at Get A Grip in 2000 and found his true calling and career as Vice President, overseeing all aspects of the company’s safety program. Austen has trained new technicians in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and is always offering advice and insights on new techniques to improve productivity. Austen loves camping, fishing and playing ice hockey, a sport he’s participated in for years. Now that’s multi-tasking. austen@getagripinc.com

| Cub Dillard, National Franchise Consultant With over 30 years experience in sales and finance, Cub Dillard, National Franchise Consultant, is on a mission to find hard-working individuals across the country to join the family business. Cub’s gifts include getting to know people on a personal level, giving them expert, detailed training, on-going technical support, and a commitment to keep improving our products. John Disque, Technical Consultant After more than 30 years owning a custom paint store, John decided to retire. But his interests – his wife, woodworking, good friends and camping – weren’t enough to keep him away from his true passion, coatings. Certified as an Advanced Coatings Consultant through the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association, John knows his stuff and is ready to develop new and better coatings for Get A Grip. Gary Bowles, National Franchise & Business Development Gary spent much of his pre-Get A Grip life as a construction estimator for new residential housing. He now concentrates on national franchise development and national and local commercial accounts. Gary also conducts national franchise training, and represents the company at national trade and franchise shows. In his spare time, Gary likes going fast. Sometimes up to 200 miles per hour in his BMW Z4 sports car. That’s also where his spare money goes. gary@getagripinc.com |

Pamela Accetta Smith, Office Coordinator Pamela coordinates the day-to-day operations for Get A Grip's local and franchise businesses, at the corporate office. Forever the fervent multi-tasker, Pamela joined the company in 2011 as an auxiliary interest to her business as a freelance writer and journalist. In her spare time, you can find Pamela running the Sandia Mountains, cycling Albuquerque's roadways, or spending time with her husband Jeff and son Theo. pamela@getagripinc.com |
