Sharon Dillard, President Working with high-end fashion brands companies for many years has given Sharon Dillard a savvy and intuitive marketing sense. Sharon founded Get A Grip in 1999 and has turned the company into one of today’s fastest-growing franchise businesses. Over the years, the company has won multiple awards and has been featured in several newspapers and magazines for its outstanding workmanship and products. Ryan Dillard, Senior Vice President Ryan joined Get A Grip in 1999. He trains new franchisees and technicians in the state-of-the-art techniques and products that have made Get A Grip one of the most innovative resurfacing companies in the industry. Ryan is always researching and developing new products and techniques that keep Get A Grip on the cutting edge in the resurfacing industry. Austen Dillard, Vice President Austen joined the rest of the family at Get A Grip in 2000 and found his true calling and career as Vice President. Austen has trained new technicians in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, and is always offering advice and insights on new techniques to improve productivity. Cub Dillard, Franchise Sales Consultant With over 30 years experience in sales and finance, Cub Dillard, Franchise Sales Consultant, is on a mission to find hard-working individuals across the country to join the family business. Cub’s gifts include getting to know people on a personal level, giving them expert, detailed training, on-going technical support and a commitment to keep improving our products. Harold Dillard, General Manager Before coming to New Mexico in 2005, Harold Dillard owned his own business for many years then decided to become an entrepreneur and had his own Get A Grip business in Texas. John Disque, Technical Consultant After more than 30 years owning a custom paint store, John decided to retire. But his interests – his wife, woodworking, good friends and camping – weren’t enough to keep him away from his true passion, coatings. Certified as an Advanced Coatings Consultant through the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association, John knows his stuff and is ready to develop new and better ones for Get A Grip.
